Amato Comments on Garden Leave in WSJ Article

Eccleston Law attorney Ronald M. Amato is quoted in the February 22, 2011 Wall Street Journal article,  US Trust's 'Garden Leave' May Start Trend.  The article is featured in Broker's World, a Dow Jones Newswires column.  It discusses the exit policy known as Garden Leave recently instituted by U.S. Trust and if it will be an isolated event or if it will force competitors to implement similar policies. 

Mr. Amato states, "If U.S. Trust can do it and get away with it, who's to say someone like Morgan Stanley Smith Barney won't try it?"
