Dear Speaker Norelli:

First of all I want you to know that I said thank goodness HB 1428 was set to interim study, where it should die a well-publicized death. As you may be aware, someone promoting that bill through the Internet portrayed Brian Jesseman in a False Light, Invaded his Privacy and misappropriated his name in claiming that he actually supported the bill, when as one of Liko Kenney's closest friends I can assure you he did not.

Here are the relevant court filings in KingCast/Jesseman v. Union Leader, Hillsborough 08-E-093 seeking to obtain the identity of the Tortfeasor.

.....including this post, which has a link to the brand new and related NH case of Jane Doe v. Friendfinder at Feminist Law Professor Blog that show that Mr. Jesseman has a cause of action and also substantiate that the offense is criminal in nature per RSA 638-1. The Union Leader itself even called it "forgery" in the email here on the left, just click on it.

Here is what I would like you to do:

1. Produce a copy of every email your office sent or received from anyone other than me relative to HB 1428 for my inspection. I will copy those that I need at such time.

2. Immediately make moves to appropriate a special prosecutor to the case pursuant to RSA 638-1 who will sue to obtain the contact information from the Union Leader. It will be pretty easy because I've already done all the work, and as you note in Judge Lynn's Decision (will be linked here this afternnon at one and two) -- which cited no case law whatsoever -- there is no substantive law that contradicts the KingCast/Jesseman position. His Honor only ruled that KingCast had no standing and that Mr. Jesseman did not show excusable neglect for missing one preliminary injunction hearing when he had driven down the night before with the flu, got lost and wound up looking for me in Manchester as opposed to Nashua because he thought we were meeting there. A Big Mistake but not something a court would typically throw a case out over at a Preliminary Hearing.

3. File this post with the Interim Study Committee for review and comment.

As noted in this post, His Honor clearly did not want to hear that case but Brian still has a case so you should be interested in determining who did this, particularly as it is likely someone very close to Law Enforcement and if so, that person should be summarily fired and criminal charges must ensue.

Now you may also be aware that Governor Lynch ignored the KingCast request for a fact finding tour despite this professional and well-written letter published in the Caledonian Record and as documented in our visit to his office as memorialized in this short film Franconia 5/11: Injustice on Stilts. I think that was the wrong choice and I hope you make the right one. As you know, I believe that Bruce McKay beat his wife and should not have been a police officer in the first place for that and other reasons.

As such, I am waiting for one of my associates to pull the rest of the Angela McKay Restraining Order file later today as Judge Vaughn ORDERED production of documents and assigned costs against Defendant Ayotte and Town of Franconia in KingCast v. Ayotte et al, Grafton 07-E-268. Here's a post about Bruce McKay, with linked and very ugly personnel documents. I'll be reviewing the original dash cam video from Bruce McKay's Tahoe next week and keep you informed of what I find.

Lastly, you should know I have a FOIA request pending to the U.S. Attorney's Office on Kelly Ayotte's hero, 3-time felon Gregory W. Floyd.
