KingCast point blank question for research and evaluation on Bruce McKay: Does New Hampshire destroy Restraining Order complaint info after 5 years?

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
My sources who went to retrieve the rest of the Angela McKay Restraining Order against Bruce Mckay inform: The McKay Restraining order is no longer available as it was more then five years old (1998) and currently not active. She stated "it has been destroyed."

Sounds funky to me. Anyone out there have code or law on this? I'll check later tonight. To the newbies: The Town claimed it only had the dismissal of the Restraining Order and that is what it provided pursuant to Court Order. But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that makes no sense for them not to have the first part in his file.

"[t]he public right of access to court proceedings and records predates the state and federal Constitutions and is firmly grounded in the common law." Associated Press et al. v. State of New Hampshire, Supreme Court of New Hampshire 30 Dec. 2005. But for only 5 years???

New Hampshire comes up smelling like something south of a rose, yah. I will be sending this post to women's rights advocacy groups because if that is true, it's insane, and the Feds are watching.
