It's Good to Be Back...

By Dan Markel, Ethan Leib, Rick Garnett, Matt Bodie, Paul Horwitz , Steve Vladeck, and Orly Lobel

ADVERTISEMENTS

Thanks to Dan and the whole Prawfsblawg community for having me back, despite all the threats they received last time because of me.  (Sorry, that?s a bad stab at humor, as per Brendan below.)  I?m an avid reader here, though often just a lurker.  It?ll be nice to get more involved.

Occasionally guests here write about what they plan to post on?my posting will probably be less focused (err, more spontaneous).  But I do notice that, over at CoOp, Caroline Mala Corbin is writing about her thoughts on the ministerial exception, with the Supreme Court?s recent grant in such a case.  I?ll probably have to get involved there.  I mean, I like Caroline?s work a lot, but I have a different take?so why not inflict it on you all later?

Anyway, thanks for having me.  I?ll do my best this month to say outrageous things, insult as many people as I can, and generally provide a source of amusement for tired law professors (and students).  Fitting, I think, that it?s April Fools? Day.
