Dear Chief and all concerned.

I neglected to specifically mention that I am aware Gregory W. Floyd's previous Conviction for Criminal Threats carried with it a ten (10) year Order of Good Behavior on the 1-3 years suspended sentence.

There is no possible way that one may reconcile Judge Vaughn's 28 December 2008 Permanent Restraining Order against him in 07-E 344 with anything resembling Good Behavior:

....as noted to you and the United States Attorney's Office as noted in my FOIA Request of 28 March, 2008.

As such, in addition to the pending case the Prosecutor should be ready, willing and able to ship him off to do his time just as they do to all the poor ghetto youth all across America.

Please do not hesitate to write if you have any questions or if I may be of further assistance in the vigorous prosecution of Gregory W. Floyd, a known menace to society who should be tried for the murder of Liko Kenney.

Very truly yours,
Christopher King, J.D.
