Re: RSA 91-A Request on Troy Watts, Bruce McKay and Gregory W. Floyd

Dear Attorney Hilaire,

Attorney Dan Mullen informs that Franconia Chief Montminy is preparing to finish his Affidavit regarding his attempts to search for information I requested in my successful lawsuit, KingCast v. Ayotte et al, Grafton 07-E-268 including but not limited to the Troy Watts Complaint, which you can read right here in my 28 January 2008 open letter to the NH State House regarding HB 1428.

I'd like to conduct some fact-finding myself, so I thought I might ask you for a copy of each and every letter (i.e. non-court filed document) you have with Troy Watt's name on it, especially if it has been signed by Defendant Montminy or came through him to you, as well as any other complaints about Bruce McKay from anyone. And while we're at it, I might as well ask you for a copy of any and all paperwork bearing the name Gregory W. Floyd or containing any references to him.

I have sent a copy of this request to Grafton Commissioner Ray S. Burton and to State Senator John Gallus because my public records request indicates they are well aware of this situation, as Franconia Recovery and Reconciliation Committee member Gary Harwood wrote them (i.e. "whitewash") as reproduced in the comments section of this post.

Thank you in advance for your time and prompt response.
