Story here. It allows CCW permittees to carry in mass transit, parks, establishments whose primary income is food (i.e, restaurants rather than bars). It also broadens carrying in vehicles for non-CCW holders, shortens the time for permit issuance, sets up Mayor Bloomberg if he again tries straw man entrapment, and does a lot more.
