Does KingCast hold the Royal Flush in Franconia Justice against Chief Montminy and Prosecutor Hilaire?

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
Pay attention closely. You know how I described in this post about how Chief Montminy is supposed to issue his long-awaited Court-Ordered Affidavit about how he allegedly couldn't find the 2006 Troy Watts, Esq. ethics complaint about Bruce McKay?

Then remember how in this post I asked Grafton Prosecutor Hilaire for his file on the matter?

Let me explain. If the town argues that most of McKay's problems were in the past, i.e. late '90's to 2004, then they have a stronger argument against negligent hire, retention and supervision issues outlined in the Bruce McKay legacy post.

For now, let's just assume arguendo that I have access to proof that both of these men know about, or had in their possession a copy of the complaint but that one or both of them fail to produce it.

Well then that would be Bad for the Cause of Justice, at least in the Short Run, wouldn't it?

A real House-O'-Fire.

And with that, I'm off for my birthday dinner and drink.
