KingCast Post Hearing Memorandum on why NH AG Homicide Chief Jeffery Strelzin knowingly misrepresented recorded statements in the Franconia shooting.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
May it please the Court: At the 10 January Motion Hearing, Counsel for Defendant Ayotte tried to make the point that the statements of Sam Stephenson, Stanley Sherburn and Chuck Herbert were provided in the investigative pdf files (which Defendant refuses to place online) so therefore there was no violation of Right-to-Know. With all due respect your Honor, such is not the point: Petitioner wanted the oral recorded statement of Sam Stephenson for broadcast reasons, and the simple fact is that Attorney Strelzin knew such a thing existed all along because, for example the written statements note that the interviews "were digitally recorded." Attachment 1. As such, Defendant Ayotte's position in this instance is untenable.

Further please note that Defendants failed to bring the full email chain for John P. to trial as noted by their Pleading of 11 January, 2008. Small wonder then, that Plaintiff can honestly claim that he never received the full chain either.
Respectfully submitted,
