ADVERTISEMENTS

We've gone at it pretty hard over the past few months, from the time you refused to take my phone calls to the time I posted you next to Hitler. And I am still upset about the written misrepresentations that you and Attorney Kennedy issued as addressed in open court yesterday. For what it's worth he seems to be a likeable fellow as well.
I'll say this:
After I spent some time with you in that document review I can say I honestly like you. I just think you got caught up with a bad client and you certainly have some client control issues. So when I called you by your first name today on our phone calls it kind of came second nature; it was not a thing of disrespect in the least nor did I take it that way when you called me by mine.
As to your co-worker Charlie Bauer, and NH AGs Kelly Ayotte and Jeffrey Strelzin, I couldn't say enough bad things so there's no point in starting.
Have a nice weekend and we'll get the video and document issues together top of the week.
