It was grand to finally meet you today.

You are calm, cool and collected; grace under pressure. Any idea or sense of how the judge will rule in this case? I haven't heard so many excuses since I retired from teaching.

And s/he's absolutely correct. After years of non-practice I cleared the dust and represented the Cause of Justice and Open, Transparent Government very well. Video and full audio to follow. And I got some very special red-white-blue balloons today at the Dutch Treat from Maura Murray Forum that just about brought me to tears. Thanks guys, I've got more where that came from.

Liko Kenney was not a Perfect Man. But then neither were Bruce McKay and Gregory "whatcha-talkin'-bout" Willis Floyd, but the Defendants sure hoodwinked America into believing that they are. KingCast and the Franconia Collective are far too smart for that nonsense.

What happened at the hearing?

1. Franconia finally produced a non-redacted personnel file for in camera review. I feel certain to receive some or all of these documents.

2. Franonia finally admitted having the video and arrest report for McKay's OC spraying of Sarah. And I busted on Franconia counsel Dan Mullen, proving that he was on Actual Notice of my request for the video back on 27 July 2007 (he said he "missed it") and then I busted on him again by proving that I asked for the video and the reports on 7 December and he and his client failed to produce them until the day of trial. They claim not to have the required Use-of-Force Report. I said, "The dog can't eat your homework, Your Honor..... their case is broken and they can't fix it now."

3. We met Phil Blanchard "I'm quickrn' you son." He told us that the State never told him about the windshield bullet either. I think they just threw a tarp over the car and hauled it away. I used the windshield bullet as a large blow-up demonstrative evidence exhibit.

4. AG's office said they didn't provide the protocol information I requested because they thought I meant protocol for when a civilian kills an officer. The plain language of my request was "protocol for cases involving civilians and police homicide." Can't make it any clearer than that.

PS: Union MisLeader ran a decent story on State Rep Martha McLeod's ill-advised HB 1428 to name a road after Bruce McKay but totally failed to mention the RSA 91A/FOIA hearing, even though Franconia Recovery and Reconciliation Member Gary Harwood told him KingCast was the only press with the brass to go after the real story.
