Hey KingCast, what will happen in the 10 Jan 2008 Merit Hearing on your RSA 91-A/FOIA lawsuit on the Franconia shooting tragedy coverup?

Well I'll answer that throughout the evening. The Caledonian Record started to explain some of the issues a while ago. Now their link is down but if you come at 8:30 a.m. for the 9:00 hearing we should be able to explain a few things for you in infinite detail.

Format: 15 minutes per side.

This may be modified owing to the complexity of the situation. I don't foresee this hearing taking any less than an actual 45-60 minutes. I may play part of the short film "Injustice on Stilts." I am the moving party asking the Court to make our government more "transparent and open and responsive to the people" (as suggested by Democratic front runner Barack Obama in Saturday's debates) so I go first.

Then the liars will go, and explain their viewpoints. I will ask to save 5 minutes for rebuttal time so I finish. Could be a hot bench (lots of questions) or a cold bench (no questions). I would guess more hot than cold, but we shall see. My film maker will be there running fixed-point video and audio from wherever the media typically set up. George Manupelli, who filmed Liko Kenney's funeral will be there to capture the proceedings before and after the hearing.

Fearless prediction #1: I will win some and they will win some. I will lose some and they will lose some.

Fearless prediction #2: I'm going to be a more impressive orator and have better command of the facts than any of my adversaries.

Fearless prediction #3: We will wind up in the NH Supreme Court over some issues, and perhaps the U.S. Supreme Court as well. Every Civil Rights or public interest lawyer (and if it goes that long I probably will be re-instated by that time) dreams of going to the U.S. Supreme Court and frankly, I don't think I will ever come across a case more worthy of it than this one.

Summary post: Dave Cox and Bruce McKay, peas in a pod.
Another lie:"We only have one complaint on Bruce McKay"
Related post and pictorial essay: Bruce McKay's redacted personnel file.

Namaste.
