WTF??? How many lies can they tell? KingCast Second Supplemental Addendum for Sanctions against Defendant town Franconia and Counsel Daniel Mullen.

On 2 Jan 2008 Counsel for Franconia Defendants Dan Mullen wrote "I do not have any record of a letter you sent to me requesting those three documents" -- i.e. Video/Use-of-Force/Arrest reports for McKay OC Spray victim "Sarah."

On 3 Jan 2008 Counsel for Franconia Defendants Dan Mullen provided some documents I had requested and wrote "We have been holding these documents in our file since December 7, 2007 as you were going to pick them up."

Allrighty then. How did he know I was going to pick them up, and what else was in my correspondence to him on 7 December? Read the comments section and read the Batman post.

This in addition to his co-counsel falsely claiming I never filed a Memorandum in Opposition to Defendant Ayotte's Motion to Dismiss, when in fact the KingCast Memorandum in Opposition and Motion for Partial Summary Judgement were sent in the same envelope. Here's the tracked mail receipt.

UPDATE: Called the clerk's office at 10:23 a.m today, 7 Jan 2008 and the following colloquy ensued:

"I'm checking on a docket entry just after 14 Dec. 2007, a Memorandum in Opposition to Defendant Ayotte's Motion to Dismiss....."

"We received that on December 17."

That's sanctionable conduct for them to say I didn't file one because it means they made absolutely no inquiry to the Court. I've been a victim of big business and government lies all of my professional career and I'm not going to have it anymore.

I swear there's a grey hair in my soul patch because of these clowns. I want damages for them turning me into an old man.
