KingCast says NH AAG James Kennedy and Franconia Counsel Daniel Mullen flat out lied in the Franconia Shooting Tragedy litigation.

I just got their Joint Motion, signed by BOTH OF THEM, to extend their response time to the KingCast Motions for Partial Summary Judgment at items 3 and 5.

Paragraph 5 is unbelievable.

"In December 11 Petitioner filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as well as a memorandum in opposition to Defendant's Franconia and Montminy's Motion to Dismiss. Petitioner has not filed an objection to Attorney General Ayotte's Motion to Dismiss."

What a joke. Here it is at #2.

Paragraph 8 contains another bald-faced misrepresentation.

"Pursuant to New Hampshire Superior Court rule 59(a) undersigned counsel did seek to obtain Petitioner's consent, but Petitioner has not yet responded."

That's ridiculous. They wrote me at 3:03p.m. and I responded at 5:33p.m. so basically they gave me two (2) hours to respond when they should have asked many days prior for a continuance. The whole World can see that right here in this link and in the comments. Also, Superior Court Rule 12(2) holds that Extensions are not favored.

I filed a Supplemental Memorandum with the Court and you can read it in its entirety in the comments. Unbelievable.
