The National Conference of Bar Examiners has deemed me to be ethical enough to pass the ethical-lawyer exam.

Interpret that how you will.

Either way, my calendar in August just got cleared as I don't have to re-take the sucker.

As for my job, well, no, thanks for asking, I have not heard anything about. I am currently subscribing to the thought that "no news is good news" and if you even try to suggest for one minuscule minute I'm delusional I will block your IP address from ever coming to this corner of the Internet again.

Whew.

And with that I'm going to write some more motions in limine for the trial that someone at my firm so conveniently scheduled for the end of the school year because, man, I just cannot take finals without being in trial. Finals without trial is like a fish without its bicycle.

And on that note... back to those motions.
