So KingCast, how was your first day on the job at True Crime Weblog, and can you get to the blankety-blank film festival this year?

Jerry Doyle and I lived on a Plantation in Columbus for a while, and Liko Kenney lived on one up in Franconia too. Anyway, it's hard to say how things are going right now. It is in some ways a very complex case and I don't think anyone right now knows it better than I do so it takes some time to get around on it. I can say that a lot of people are reading a lot of links. Unless they are government I'll never say who they are or where they are but there are many hits coming from institutions of higher learning. I think the next step is to ship this over to Northwestern/Medill and I know Stamford has a strong program too. While there is no longer any mention of it online (interesting) Northwestern was involved with another rat cop in my life named Charles McFadden, who many years ago sent Allen Thrower to Death Row in Ohio on false testimony.

But as you can see, in this 20 May 2007 post "KingCast comments again on Death Penalty and only hates on cops who lie, especially when people die," Columbus let him back on the force where he tormented my client Jerry Doyle and when I won his trespassing acquittal on First Amendment grounds, well there you have the KingCast short film "American Lawyer One."

You should have seen me cross that dude, roasted that bacon good. I think we still have the video. It was awesome he's such a Mr. Potato-head tool. I forgot: Watch him press up on Jerry and me in this 1998 School Board footage.

And those of you who fancy me a McKay or cop hater ab initio should note this passage in the post:

I'm not hating on Officer McKay relative to the Franconia shooting tragedy involving Shooter Floyd, in which Officer McKay and Liko Kenney lost their lives. But I will hate on a cop like Charles W. McFadden, whose partner got his brains blown clean out while McFadden slept or ate a donut -- only for McFadden to lie about it.....

The main objectives are (1) to get this before as many people as possible and get counsel for the family if they need it and (2) generate funding for this story to be told at a certain nonprofit International Film Festival. Anyone interested in that I can assure you we will have red carpet treatment for dedication to the protections of the Freedoms purportedly guaranteed by our State and Federal Constitutions. Shoot me an email at kingjurisdoctor@yahoo.com and we can talk about preparing a treatment and cost breakdown for the movie, which of course we are still waiting to review the original dash cam video that could be the centerpiece. Review of that has already been funded. As for other footage we've got a ton already but another day or two of production would obviously be in order, interviews in Franconia and at the State House that sort of thing.

Here then, is our First short film, "Franconia 5/11: Injustice on Stilts."

Here then, are the Franconia entries at Steve Huff's True Crime Weblog.
