Here's today's Notice of Bad Faith to Judge Vaughn in KingCast v. Ayotte/Franconia, 07-E-268 as he prepares to issue his assessment of Costs. See with Franconia dragging their feet it delays the Court ordering them to give me my money, then it's harder for me to do what I have to do to keep this case on the boil.

Well to hell with them if they want to play rough I'll play rougher; take out that jugular, GDMF. Excerpt:

"......It subsequently was wiped clean and loaded and then photographed for the official photo and somehow Gregory W. Floyd took one of Liko?s live rounds home in his pocket.. As such, since the Major Crimes Unit bus was on hand, they must have taken the fingerprint information that would tell us if Gregory W. Floyd ? a man obviously subject to delusional fits of unbridled anger ? handled Liko Kenney?s second clip at any point in time that evening and if so, how so.

As the Court can see by the emails at Attachment 3, Petitioner has put Defendant on Actual Notice that he would approach this Honorable Court if she did not provide the cost sheet for the ballistics/fingerprint reports by today, 23 April 2008. She did not provide such cost sheet so apparently she is just going to wait for KingCast to file yet another RSA 91-A Petition for Declaratory Judgment, which is no problem given Piper v. United States DOJ, 294 F. Supp. 2d 16 (2003).

Exemption 7(C), 5 U.S.C.S. § 552(b)(7)(C), did not shield from disclosure a photograph of a smudged fingerprint that had been enhanced by the FBI and a related memorandum, because tampering with evidence fell within the public interest covered by FOIA.

Piper couldn?t be any more on point than that. That having been said, Petitioner is aware that it is not this Honorable Court?s responsibility to gauge the merits of any wrongful hire/retention/supervision of Bruce McKay, or any wrongful death action against Gregory W. Floyd, who by the way started shooting at Liko Kenney before Liko ran into McKay.

Rather, Petitioner brings these concerns to the Court because they pertain at this point strictly to valid RSA 91-A Right-to-Know concerns and how Defendants failed, and continue to fail to appropriately address them......
