NH Speaker of the House response on Liko Kenney/Franconia/HB 1428 Right-to-Know sets up another KingCast lawsuit.

NH House Speaker Terie Noreli, by and through Counsel David Frydman emailed me the other day and asked for my phone number. I provided a phone number but he did not call, instead sending me a cryptic message to check Hughes v. Speaker of the House, 152 NH 276 (2005), a case I had read long ago. It has nothing to do with public emails so I told him a lawsuit is imminent.

Plus, the Speaker's response again failed to address the other two issues raised by KingCast and seconded by Bill Kenney. First read this post for the background and my cited law and read the comments for today's email exchange.

We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence
