: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast raises more troubling questions about where Gregory Floyd was standing when he started shooting at Liko Kenney as he went to murder him IMHO.
By Christopher King

I've been waiting for a while for this and if anyone can prove me wrong have at it: Connect the dots, Kelly. Those are McKay's shells (they are numbered 19, 20, 24 etc.) in the background I dunno 25-30 feet away from where Liko's car ends up. Note that McKay's Sig as pictured is going to discharge casings on the right, same way Liko's casing ended up on his windshield when he shot from the left, as reflected at Item #9. Therefore Floyd was standing well down the way, i.e. more than 30 feet away when he started firing, which of course means he wasn't talking to Liko as he would claim at some point in his interview. Besides, we already know Caleb's window..... was up. This comports with the earlier KingCast analyses one and two that Floyd started firing before Liko struck McKay. But why so far away from where McKay wound up when Liko's car struck him -- exactly once -- after Floyd started shooting? Did a right-handed McKay flip his gun toward Floyd as Floyd ran from his truck? That way Floyd was ready to start shooting right away. A reasonable Jury sure could find so.
And why is Evidence Item #23 -- a live round -- not accounted for in the ballistics/report as provided to KingCast last week? It's hard to tell if it's one of Liko's or one of McKay's but if it's one of Liko's that's especially disturbing because it had to have come from Floyd's manipulations with Liko's gun, and we know for fact that Floyd already took one of Liko's live rounds home with him in his pocket and Kelly claims she has no fingerprint analysis. Did Floyd in point of fact load Liko's second magazine by himself to make Liko appear to be a threat?
KingCast: Many more pictures to review, but rest assured we bring our 'A' game to every Civil Rights case, since 1993. I brought my 'A' game against Kelly before and smoked her, now we will see how these theories stand up when and if the family gets an attorney to get up on it. And I do mean get up on it.
