Auch wir haben bereits mehrfach über die diversen Rechtsstreitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit pseudonymer Verbalinjurien im bekannten "xoxohth-Forum" ("most prestigious law school admissions discussion board in the world") berichtet. Dieser Schriftsatz bereitet einen Teil der Auseinandersetzung noch einmal schön auf (S. 8 ff.) und ist schon wegen der Liste der "Beklagten" eine Meldung wert. Vor allem, wenn man sich für Forenhaftung und Co interessiert, ist die Auseinandersetzung eine sprudelnde Quelle der Inspiration.
