I've already learned something for next semester...

Ok, I started outlining a couple of months ago, but then I lost my flash memory card or whatever it's called. The thing that Suffolk was nice enough to give each of us for free. That sucked. Then I didn't restart my outlines and finish them until it was time to get ready for the exams. I still don't have an outline for Crim Law.

Next semester, I'm going to keep using my Casenote Briefs to help cut down on how much prep time it takes for class, but I'm going to make sure I really try to review the concepts and rules every weekend, too.

I'm finding that as I'm trying to study for my next exam (which is Civ Pro) all this stuff is coming back to me but it's not sticking. When I look at a hypothetical, I get distracted by the details and lose focus on the rules, which I then have a hard time applying them to the hypo. I think if I had been reviewing as we went along it would be a lot easier.

I have to admit, I'm jealous of the full time students because they're not allowed to work more than 20 hours a week.

I also can't want not to have LPS next year. I think that will free up some time to review the way I want to. I still can't believe it's only a 2 credit class for all the work we have to put into it.

Am I the only one who feels completely clueless?
