May it please the Court:
Petitioner finds it crucial for the Court to know that Chief Montminy at one point had the Troy Watts Ethics Complaint against Norman Bruce McKay, yet by and through dereliction of duty, or outright criminality, he disposed of it. The envelope and the fax header from the Town itself tell the whole story. Mere words cannot express Petitioner's contempt for the (in)actions of Defendants Montminy and the Town of Franconia because a substantial argument can and has been made by people including Citizen Jesseman at his blog that these repeated derelictions had a role in the deaths of Liko Kenney and Bruce McKay.
As such, Petitioner will be seeking special counsel to investigate this case in the same manner that a special prosecutor found that Joe Salvati was framed by purportedly forthright government officials. Petitioner includes the 6 May 2008 blawg entry "KingCast says Good God Allmighty, Franconia Chief Montminy & Dan Mullen, Esq. knew all along about the Troy Watts, Esq. Bruce McKay Ethics Complaint," and the following documents for your review:
Envelopes one and two.
Watts Complaint one and two.
Reneged Plea offer.
Sarah Affidavit.
$820.10 bill for Impala damage one and two.
Motion to Suppress 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
Your Honor, for the town nor Attorney Mullen to produce this documentation is legally and morally reprehensible and it is my civic duty as former LE, Civil Rights lawyer and journalist to put this Honorable Court on Actual Notice of the aberration of Justice.
CONCLUSION
Petitioner prays that this Court give the matter its full and unwavering attention lest further tragedy befall the North Country.

PS: My indignation toward Defendants was clearly registered on the way out of Court on 10 January. They need to fix Franconia because it is such an otherwise beautiful place.
