Dear Attorney Frydman, with HB 1408 passing Senate, House Speaker Noreli ought provide KingCast the HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway emails.

ADVERTISEMENTS

Dear Attorney Frydman:

Bill Kenney and I are still waiting for the emails and for your client's substantive responses to our request for fraud counsel and to include my prior communication in with the Interim Study. Have we asked for something so outrageous as to justify a total lack of response for the past month?

The substance of Right-to-Know HB 1408 was obviously known to you and to Speaker Noreli sequentially before HB 1428 and it followed years of abject failure in the wake of Hawkins, as noted in this post containing the draft 2007 Annual Right-to-Know Report. As you may be aware, Defendant Ayotte admitted to KingCast in this 2 Nov. 2007 letter that the Right-to-Know Commission even failed to produce a 2006 report, in blatant violation of the Law. That's not cool. Read the comments for more on that.

Now that WMUR Reports we are "bringing the law into the electronic age," and that:

"The bill also would expand on the law's definitions to include electronic communications; require documents created or maintained in electronic form to be accessible the same time as paper documents..."

I continue to like my chances in Court and will likely just roll over the court costs from my successful lawsuit against NH AG Kelly Ayotte to fund it. You know, kind of like a Civil Rights IRA. Last week I again reminded you of the relevant law and gave you a copy of the letter I sent to Senator Pat Leahy on the exact same issue the Kelly faced in this link but I have not heard from you on that, nor have I heard anything from you on the other two substantive issues that Bill Kenney and I asked you about on 4 April 2008.

I don't think the court will look upon your responses any more favorably than Judge Vaughn is viewing Chief Montminy's Affidavit regarding Troy Watt's Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay in KingCast v. Ayotte et al., 07-E-268 Court Notice and Ethics Complaint. And that's not a position in which you should put your client, No Sir. Chief Montminy is about to receive a stern admonition I'll bet you that. I don't know though, whatever you like, suit yourself.
