Tallahassee is due to approve the job cuts suggested by the judges this Friday.  Judge Tobin is expected to notify roughly thirty individuals the same day (or early next week) that their positions have been eliminated due to the budget crisis.  We're told Staff Attorneys, Case Managers, Mediation and Drug Court Staff, and others will lose their jobs.These are the people who make the courtrooms run efficiently on a daily basis.  It stinks, particularly in light of the monumental waste of resources every judge and every attorney witnesses each day in the criminal courts.                            Support all your friends in their time of need...continue to full post
