An ehemaligen Standorten der Bücherhallen Hamburg (Veddel, St. Pauli, Sasel, Dulsberg, Bahrenfeld, Lurup) wird nunmehr ehrenamtlich Leseförderung betrieben. Wendler schildert Gemeinsamkeiten; aber auch Unterschiede bei Finanzierung und Anbindung (Verein, Bücherhallen).
