Obama clinches nomination; KingCast told you this might happen back on 1 March and 10 Jan. 2008 and in KingCast v. Ayotte/Franconia, Grafton 07-E-268

According to MSNBC, Barack Obama has clinched the Democratic Nomination. Here's the 1 March post, "KingCast Presents Before and After: The story of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in two pictures."

Geraldine Ferraro said Barack wouldn't be here if he weren't black, but whatever.

Here's my opening statement to Judge Vaughn, who is currently reviewing the issues of Defendant Ayotte's homicide protocol and whether the Franconia Defendants are in Contempt of Court.

"May it please the Court. Last week I watched a young man and statesman named Barack Obama traverse the Country carrying a message of open government, transparency in government and responsive government. All of my life I have pursued these ideals.....[recitation of First Amendment/Right-to-Know Commendation from Mayor Streeter]. What brings me here today with all the earnestness at my command is that we have not seen that type of transparency in our government in this situation."

Floyd vis a vis the Steven P. Kazmierczak/University of Illinois shooting tragedy. I will see to it that he receives a copy of the Franconia Collective's Petition to the U.S. House for a Congressional investigation.
