: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast says "Mum's (still) the Word" from Mullen on the Ethics Complaint/vis a vis Contempt of Court issue for shredded Watts Complaint on McKay.
By Christopher King

In a further attempt to ostrichize KingCast and those who seek Truth in the Franconia shooting tragedy, the NH Supreme Court refused to even ask Daniel Mullen if he received the Troy Watts materials from his client, even though Attorney Troy Watts specifically told his client to send it to the insurance carrier and even though common sense would indicate that Franconia Police Chief Montminy would do so.Of course common sense indicates that Chief Montminy would have fired "Corporal Punishment" Bruce McKay a long time ago, so what else is new.
Bottom Line: Attorney Mullen and his client will have to face the music on this at some point or another, and their individual and collective silence will only work for a finite period of time. After that, at least one of them is busted.

Other matters: I have called off my research dogs at Topix. My people have everything they need and there is no need to go any further. I will say that I just received an email from Attorney Jeffrey L. Kosiba (with whom I will be meeting in a few days) and Lower Slower Delaware and his counsel have not issued anything to him. And from the content of his email, I'm not worried if they do. In point of fact, I'll move for Sanctions and Attorney Fees.
