KingCast and Kelly Ayotte agree on crimes of dishonesty and Trial testimony impeachment of Gregory P. Floyd.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
Here are the KingCast Gregorys Floyd Trial Trackers for June, 2008:

Junior: Littleton District/Trial/10 June 2008/11:00 a.m. Theft by Unauthorized Taking.

Senior: Grafton Superior/Status Conference/29 May 2008/Nothing currently scheduled.

Now remember, if Junior is convicted for a crime of dishonesty that goes to his credibility for anything positive he has to say about his father on 5/11. See Kelly prove that point in State v. Deschenes, Hillsborough North 2004-456 (August 24 2007) and NH Rule of Evidence 609.

For a longer treatise involving a federalism/comity analysis try this Law Review piece hosted by the Berkeley Electronic Press.

We already know that NH AG Kelly Ayotte allowed the Elder Floyd to get away with obstruction of offical police business when he lied about Junior's age on 5/11 to keep him from being interviewed alone. But she can't do anything about a proper cross-examination of Junior once the family obtains licensed counsel and sues Senior for the wrongful death of Liko P. Kenney, yah. Same thing goes with respect to his testimony when said counsel sues the town for negligent retention and supervision of Bruce McKay, yah.

Anywhoozer, here again is the shortest KingCast short film ever:
