: Legal Ethics ForumAnother Warm Welcome -- Professor Robert Vischer
This is a great day here at Legal Ethics Forum. In addition to Sarah Cravens, we are delighted to welcome St. Thomas School of Law Professor Rob Vischer as a co-blogger
. As Rob notes below, he is already a blogger at Mirror of Justice, but he will be able to blog more specifically about legal ethics here.
Rob's current book project is titled Conscience and the Common Good: Reclaiming the Space Between Person and State, where he defines and defends the relational dimension of conscience and identifies ways in which our legal system can better maintain the communal venues in which the dictates of conscience are shaped, articulated, and lived out. He has published a range of articles on legal ethics, many of them focusing on the role of morality and religion in the law generally and lawyering more specifically. Welcome Rob!
