Judge Vaughn knows KingCast was right about Gregory W. Floyd as he gets arrested for threatening a woman: "What you want me to pull a gun on you?"

If anyone bothered to go and read the Affidavit in the Court file in KingCast v. NH AG Kelly Ayotte you would know that this guy is Bad News. Now read today's Union Leader story and ponder why State Rep. McLeod and NH AG Kelly Ayotte coddled this bastard. Ayotte totally covered up his lies about being in the military and other arrest for assaults with dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace.
"When asked what she was going to do, Boisvert advised she would call police, Floyd Sr. advised that he had plenty of friends on the police department." Court papers allege that as Boisvert returned to her car, the name-calling continued and Floyd Sr. asked her if she wanted him to "pull a gun on you?"

Boisvert, Sgt. Beausoleil wrote, "responded 'No, because I know you would use it" to which Floyd Sr. responded, "Because I wouldn't miss, either." Eventually, Michelle Floyd arrived on the scene and after a further exchange, according to court papers, she backed up the truck so Boisvert could pass.

The following day, in Grafton County Superior Court, Boisvert applied for and received a temporary restraining order. On Dec. 28, Judge Timothy Vaughn made it permanent.

Now I know why His Honor was so attentive during this hearing: He knew I wasn't blowing smoke up his nose.

And Kelly doesn't give a damn that this dirtbag is continually in violation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1). His threat indicates he's in violation of said statute right now and the Franconia Collective is going to the Feds on this because Kelly doesn't give a damn.
Proof One.
Proof Two.

And Kelly knew this guy was a straight-up thug because she had Easton Police Chief Robert Every's Affidavit in her own files:

"All of us have made mistakes in our lives; in Mr. Floyd's case the behavior extends beyond a mistake; there is a pattern, a pattern of past violence, paranoid behavior and excessive anger. While no one can predict the future, I feel Mr. Floyd is capable of showing up at Lafayette Elementary School or at a neighbor's house with an automatic weapon and that the
danger to the public safety far outweighs the minimal intrusion a check of his premises for automatic weapons would represent."

Can't say I didn't tell you so because I sure as hell did tell you so. I know for FACT he threatened to send another woman home in a body bag and Kelly knows all about it. He lied during the criminal investigation in violation of RSA 641:3 and Kelly gave him a pass on that as well. Everything about Floyd you can possibly know is right here at KingCast.net.

Kelly and Martha need to get gone from office.

Impeach them both.

As to Floyd? That sonofabitch murdered Liko Kenney in my opinion and the windshield bullet that NH AG Kelly Ayotte ignored -- and which I made a blowup demonstrative exhibit at trial -- proves it. But he's Kelly and Martha's hero.
