KingCast says Dear Judge Vaughn: Make them respect the letter and spirit of RSA 91-A like there's no tomorrow, in the Spirit of Liko Kenney.

It took the Franconia Defendants an entire month to respond to the issue of why they never provided Attorney Troy Watts Ethics Complaint about Norman Bruce McKay. When they first responded before they knew I had proof that they had a copy, they said the issue was whether or not they had a copy.

Now that I busted them they say "Oh, we had a copy but we didn't deem it a Complaint."

Here is a copy one and two of what is clearly an Ethics Complaint, as Attorney Watts warned Defendant to contact their insurance carrier and "Brace themselves" for a lawsuit. I couldn't imagine any stronger admonition from my rhetorical lexicon. Attorney Watts said it all.

Wherefore, with all of the power in my command, I beg of you to make them accountable for their patent disregard for the letter and Spirit of RSA 91-A. Further, I request a hearing as to whether Attorney Mullen had a copy of the Complaint before Defendants erroneously told you that they did not have a copy of the Complaint.

I submit this Reply Memorandum (coming later on Scribd.com) with a copy of my annotated notes on Defendants Franconia and Montminy's Memorandum in Opposition to Show Cause Contempt of Court. It is my sincere belief that this may aid the Court in its application of costs awarded (but pending final analysis) to be awarded against and shared by Defendants Ayotte, Franconia and Montminy.
