Dear Sir or Madam, I recently joined an Internet marketing program which included website design and hosting. The first step towards setting up my system was to assign the web design and hosting to a specific company (I did not read such a term before buing the program). That company stated clearly that there is no refund option (Question No.1: Are they allowed to say that?) So in order to participate in the affiliate program I bought, I had no other option than to accept the agreement and continue with the purchase, otherwise I wouldn't be able to continue with the program. So basically I was forced to choose that company (Q No. 2: is that legal?).
