: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast Toxicology Report updates and RSA 91-A request on Bruce McKay and Liko Kenney.
By Christopher King
Dear Attorney Ayotte:Here is the Statute, RSA 611-B:21 newly-enacted after the Franconia shooting tragedy and your basis for refusing to provide the toxicology reports.
Liko Kenney: The family will ask that the Department of Justice (i.e. you) issue a written release and forward the information for their son.
Bruce McKay: I will sue you for it and add it to the Martha McLeod lawsuit as I believe that the Statute is Unconstitutional and that the law imposing a balancing test established in Swickard v. Wayne County Medical Examiner, 438 Mich. 536 (1991) would be Constitutional. Especially knowing now what we know about Bruce McKay going incommunicado for 6 minutes as he violated seven (7) town Pursuit and OC Spray policies against Liko Kenney and Caleb Macaulay.
Meanwhile I am requesting pursuant to RSA 91-A that you provide me the ability to review all granted applications for written releases that your office provided from 1 Jan 2006 to date of passage, and from date of passage to 1 July 2008.
