KingCast reviews Union Leader stories on Gregory W. Floyd's anger management problems: Easton Selectman Ashton says "Reopen the 5/11 case."

ADVERTISEMENTS
There's Kelly Ayotte's hero, Gregory W. Floyd. He looks really "handicapped," huh? Reporter West asked me about that picture on the blawg and I told her I did not know who that officer was, nor could I remember from which disc I managed to find that pic, but I'm glad she and her team enlarged it so you can see how handicapped he is not. Killer-murderer-lunatic-strutter, he is, IMHO.

Here's what Defendant Ayotte in the KingCast v. Ayotte litigation hid from us.

Not to mention my pursuit of Federal charges for Floyd violating 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1).

Nancy West Story 1
After Floyd repeatedly interrupted court proceedings, Judge Timothy Vaughn instructed him to remain in the courthouse until Boisvert and her party left, Dutile said in an incident report. Some North Country people, like Easton selectman Nicole Ashton, see Floyd's alleged recent courthouse threats as another reason why the attorney general should re-examine the McKay-Kenney shootings, especially Floyd's role.

"I think they should re-investigate the original crime from the Liko Kenney-Bruce McKay incident. They gave it a quick fix. They made him (Floyd) out to be a hero. They cleared him because he defended the honor of a police officer," Ashton said. There are people in Easton who support Cpl. Bruce McKay and others who support Liko Kenney, she said, adding, "I personally do not know anyone who supported Floyd."

********

Boisvert, who said she remains terrified of Floyd after he threatened to pull a gun on her, obtained a permanent restraining order against him in connection with the Dec. 17 incident.

It was after a hearing on that restraining order in Grafton County Superior Court Dec. 28 that Floyd made threats that almost got him arrested and prompted the call for tighter security in the upcoming Littleton District Court criminal case, according to Dutile.

Nancy West Story 2.
In court last month for a hearing on a restraining order in an unrelated dispute, Floyd said he killed Kenney, who had shot Franconia Police Cpl. Bruce McKay, and could become violent again if his rights were violated, a county sheriff wrote in a report.

Caleb A. Macaulay, a friend of Kenney's who was a passenger in his car during the fatal confrontations, said Floyd told him that day he had killed more than 20 people.
"He's, like, 'I'm going to shoot you,' and I'm, like, I have no weapons," Macaulay, then 21, said in his interview with State Police, describing a scene in which he sat cross-legged on the ground while Floyd pointed a gun at him after killing Kenney.
"He's, like, 'I'm on medication so it doesn't matter if you have -- didn't have -- a weapon or not ...' "

Also from KingCast research:
Page 700: "When I saw that gun I went down like this and that's all I saw and if I did not do that I wouldn't be, I wouldn't be here today."

Page 701: "He did, did he say anything?" "He said nothing. He started shooting."

Page 687: "That guy I thought pretty much had the gun pointed at us before we even got on the road."

Hence the bullet hole in the windscreen; Caleb just didn't hear it.

**********

They still didn't mention the third felony conviction for stealing the Virgin Mary or magic bullet hole that proves Gregory Floyd lied about how and when he started shooting at Liko Kenney but reporter West and I discussed it at length, and I know for fact that Jeffery Jesseman told her about it as well. And guess what? Even though my buddy NH AAG Homicide Chief Jeffrey Strelzin says he sees no need to reopen the case, Attorney Sisti and his crew is free to -- ahem -- cross examine that thug using that very bullet hole that KingCast brought to light before anyone else.

What gives? Tell you what, though: I was telling Judge Vaughn all about it in this court hearing.
