Dear Attorney Mullen:

Please provide a copy of any and all "Report of Complaint against Police Personnel" forms completed relative to any Franconia officer from 1 Jan. 1997 to 21 Feb 2006. In all of my reviews of this situation I have read MANY complaints against Bruce McKay but seen very few read: zero "complaint forms," either the older ones or the newer ones in place since 2006. This makes me wonder whether your client, Chief Montminy ever told many people about the purported necessity of filling out these complaint forms in order for action to be taken. That may be an issue for Federal investigators later, especially with regard to complaining parties like Ms. B, an obviously intelligent woman (who holds a Criminal Justice degree and who was married to an LE) who complained to Montminy and NH AG's office (over the course of 13 pages) that Bruce McKay "terrorized" her with a penis-shaped non police-spec knife near her privates. [For you Sunday readers, both will be scanned some time after Wimbledon today].

Also Attorney Mullen: Please provide documents that identify what citizen complaint was pending that Chief Montminy referenced at 3:30 p.m. of the 21 Feb. 2006 minutes you sent me. It was before the Sarah OC Spray incident so I'm curious to find out what it was all about.

I would also presume to receive the Motorola manual tomorrow because as noted, as I sent you the requisite $18.20 back on 28 June via USPS Money Order #12017158626. The World needs to know if Bruce McKay had set his 2-way radio to MUTE for some reason as he attacked Liko Kenney and Caleb Macaulay in complete and utter violation of about seven (7) town policies on pursuit and OC Spray.

Bruce McKay: OC Spray cannisters, Penis-shaped knives and 2-Way Motorola set to mute. A "rogue, classic bully hiding behind his badge." And those words from an associate of his no less. I think now we have the basis for our treatment for the Bahamas International Film Festival trailer. Name a highway after Norman Bruce McKay? You have got to be kidding me. The one Good Thing about failed HB 1428 will be KingCast v. Martha McLeod et al.
