We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Associate Patent Corporate Counsel, based in greater Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:
Prepares and prosecutes patent and trademark applications. Provides infringement and clearance opinions. Assists with licensing, due diligence, opinions and management and prosecution of patent applications by outside counsel.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, Law degree from ABA accredited law school. 2-3 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications required. Experience drafting trademark applications desired. Experience with opinons of counsel, portfolio management, patent and trademark litigation is desired. Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office as a patent attorney.
