Franconia sends incorrect Motorola manual on eve of 20/20 broadcast.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
Well was Bruce McKay on MUTE when he assaulted Liko Kenney and Caleb Macualay or not?

We still don't know. The Motorola I described that I needed the information on was the $2,000.00 Motorola XTS3000 handset that appears for all the World to be on MUTE. That would be consistent with McKay having the front seat microphone in the off position, and being incommunicado for 6 whole minutes before he was shot, which 20/20 never asked NH AAG Jeffrey Strelzin about for some reason.

What they sent me information on the car unit, the Motorola w4, w5 w7, w9.

So I called town counsel Dan Mullen at 4:40p in front of two witnesses -- one of whom is pitching a story to a huge national radio show -- and told him to make it right. You never can be in a hurry when it comes to getting information from the town of Franconia, no sir.

PS: But Strelzin, smug as a bug in a rug, tells 20/20 "The OC Spray was used and it hit Caleb Macaulay but obviously wasn't effective enough." Jeff, what would have been effective would be Bruce McKay not violating those 7 on pursuit and OC Spray policies you neglected to mention.
