: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageHey KingCast, do any more documents to bolster your argument that Gregory Floyd should be Indicted under 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) with a warrant search?
By Christopher King
Well as a matter of fact there are and I'll be returning to the State Department of Safety to meet Attorney Modigliani on Monday on the way back from Franconia to get them. Pursuant to an email exchange I just had with Attorney Modigliani I remembered one document I did not copy last time I was there many months ago. The DOS document is crucial because it says, and I can almost remember it verbatim:"Gregory Floyd has a unhealthy obsession with guns and all things related to them."
The email exchange (seen in the comments) goes to the now-documented FACT that no one at the State has proof that Gregory W. Floyd disposed of all of these guns properly:
Merwin Herbert 32 cal.
Glock 9mm
Ithica 12 ga.
Ruger Model 233
Ruger Black Hawk
