“Was Mieter und Besitzer jetzt wissen müssen”, titelt die Wirtschaftswoche auf Heft 28. Das ist ungefähr so aussagekräftig wie: “Was Ingnoranten und Unwissende jetzt wissen müssen” oder “Was Dicke und stark Übergewichtige…” oder “Genossen und SPD-Mitglieder…”.

Im Klartext: Miete ist eine Form des Besitzes. Gemeint war offenbar aber das Eigentum. Und ein Eigentümer muss noch nicht einmal Besitzer sein.

Alles klar?
