: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast explains to Kelly Ayotte another reason why he is suing her for Bruce McKay's toxicology reports: Gun powder residue on Bruce McKay's hands.
By Christopher King

Dear Kelly,The NH Supreme Court is the final arbiter on the Constitutionality and legislative intent of RSA 91-A Right-to-Know law. Lambert v. Belknap Cty. Convention, 949 A.2d 709, 2008 N.H. LEXIS 75 (2008). (That's my buddy Doug from GranitGrok, to you newbies, read more here).
Please Read this post: Conspicuous by its absence in your "investigation" is any analysis of where the following bullets came from:
Liko Kenney's windshield.
McKenzie barn.
McKenzie window.
Gregory W. Floyd said he only shot McKay's gun once or twice. That's in your own "investigative" files. If that be the case, then Bruce McKay shot those three (3) items and that begs the question Kelly: "Did Bruce go for his heat as soon as he walked out of camera range?"
Because if so it certainly bolsters the argument that Liko Kenney shot Bruce McKay out of self defense, and if McKay was the one continuing to shoot at Liko, then Liko would be justified in running McKay over on purpose, much less by accident after your Hero needlessly escalated yet another situation. But the World doesn't know right now because of the gaping holes in your investigation. KingCast is here to help address that with you and Attorney Strelzin.
And of course the Legislature passed a bill, RSA 611-B:21 (read about it) immediately after this tragedy that would prevent the citizens of New Hampshire from getting toxicology/autopsy reports that would show whether Bruce McKay had Gunpowder residue on his hands.
This now becomes part of the pending litigation against you, Attorney Ayotte, and we will let the NH Supreme Court decide the toxicology issue on two fronts:
1. The presence or absence of gun power residue on Bruce McKay's hands either proves Gregory Willis Floyd a liar or proves your "investigation" a sham;
2. Whether Bruce McKay was on his proper medication whatever it was.
See, I didn't appeal any of the things I could have appealed in KingCast v. Ayotte round one because I knew that in any good homicide investigation the Good Stuff always comes out later. Later is now.
PS: Please consider this an RSA 91-A request for your investigative files on the tragic and mysterious shooting death of Anthony Jarvis, which will go along with the pending request for those exceptionally naughty LE who shot each other at the Concord Credit Union at 4:30 a.m. when they weren't even requested to be there.
Very truly yours,
Christopher King, J.D./KingCast.net
