KingCast presents the Rebecca Bell Interview.

ADVERTISEMENTS
12 May interview with Rebecca Bell

In kitchen went to laundry room. Became quickly evident this was not a normal traffic stop. Came flying up behind him and blocked his further progress south. Did a 10 point turn or whatever and got face to face with him. Went out the back door and was standing at the side of the barn. That's where I stood for most of the remainder of what I saw. Driver was waving his arm. The grey car backed down into the space next to the barn.

Police car got right up in front of the grey car and forcibly bumped him back probably 10-15 feet twice. Lost track of the officer -- got out of his vehicle -- at that point the driver of the grey sports car stuck his arm out the window and that's when shots were fired, at least two but more than two. The police officer immediately turned and ran across the street and into my aunt and uncle's yard next door. Ran across the street into the yard somewhere.

[This means Liko did not strike McKay in the roadway and supports the statement of Gregory Floyd pdf 745 that his father shot at the car and then it came to rest on the officer's chest]

At that point I came back inside -- scooped up my daughter, was inside for probably 3 minutes. I went back out in the meantime what I left out was a black or dark grey truck came up the road traveling south. He pulled over in front of the barn. Once the shots were fired I caught him out of the corner of my eye getting out of the vehicle -- went back out the back door and saw a man -- by this point the grey car was across the street there was a gentleman standing next to it with a gun in his hand. Came back inside and came back out to let the Sherburns know. My mother-in law was on her way in. That was about it. [Floyd] was pacing back and forth on the driver's side. Balding probably in his 50's or so, slight beer belly, think he had a white T-shirt on. I did not see [McKay].

The truck moved again -- I heard the driver of the truck yelling -- I did not hear a [second set of shots]

[But Floyd has explained that he had shot that driver within four seconds: pdf 874 "And then you know I, I walked up at that time and uh, probably within four seconds had shot the driver," which is hard to reconcile with Defendant Ayotte's Official Report that Floyd "told the driver anything that came into his mind....]

Word on the street has it that she's said more than this. We shall see, but even at what she did say it is probative of the assertion that there are at best material misstatements in the Attorney General's Official Report, and makes it all the more ridiculous that she gave Gregory W. Floyd a pass in 24 hours.

And with that, I have an evening to spend away from this.

Namaste.
