Many teachers, students, etc. currently maintain a free subscription to Legal Dockets Online (www.LegalDockets.com). We are now in the process of rolling out our new successor site, www.Courtport.com. I have distributed emails to academic users informing them of the details, but wanted to post this quick note to make sure I didn?t miss anyone.

While your LegalDockets account will remain active for a while, it?s important that you go to Courtport.com and sign up, since your LegalDockets account may be discontinued at some point in the near future. Just like LegalDockets, your Courtport account will be 100% free, and we have improved our site greatly based upon your feedback.

We no long require a snail mail letter for signing up! All you need is an EDU email address. If you do not have an EDU address you will have to contact us, so we can verify your academic status and create your account.

HOW TO SIGN UP:
1-Go to http://www.Courtport.com and click ?Get Started? or ?Join Now?.

2-Enter your email address, three digit code displayed, and CHECK THE ACADEMIC SUBSCRIPTION BOX.

3-Check your inbox for an email from us. It will contain a verification link that you must click or copy and paste into your browser.

4-Agree to Terms and Conditions, enter your personal information, and click ?Continue?.
