Dear Attorneys Strelzin and Ayotte: Please provide me access to review the Dion file, now that your investigation is complete. Inquiring minds want to know more about this case, which is discussed in the comments here and in the dedicated post here, in which I note that I hope it's not another Dow Murders situation. I mean, really, why didn't Gary disarm his wife instead of shooting her? What really led to the first shot being fired? What was the exact nature of the argument?

Ideally, I'll just make a day of it, coming on up to Concord to review matters at your office. I can bring tea and crumpets if you like. I assume I can read the Anthony Jarvis file now as well, given that Kelly has issued her directive for partial review? And please let me know when the Concord Credit Union police-on-police shooting file is going to be ready as well.

I'm just a tad leery of you guys sometimes given your derailed investigation of the Franconia shooting tragedy (the subject of my next post will be the Homicide Protocol violations), the bogus and properly-failed prosecution of me when I was NAACP Legal Chair (in which the Court found that Kelly violated the rules of procedure), and Kelly's recent statement that the police did nothing wrong in violating Michael Addison's Miranda Rights -- which of course flies in the face of Judge McGuire's OFFICIAL RULING.

Bonus Round: What about the Nashua cops who posed as AG's? Did Kelly do anything abou that? Tell you what, Jeff and Kelly, while I'm at it, please provide a copy of THAT file for my review as well because guess what: That was ANOTHER Miranda violation per Judge Bernard Hampsey. Not that either of you seem to care.
