Re: My Dereliction of Duty

Dear Christopher King/KingCast.net:

We have investigated two (2) local police shooting cases in the past four years in the towns of Nashua and Franconia, New Hampshire. These investigations involved Michael Paulhus and Liko Kenney.

In the Paulhus case there was a Miranda violation in which Nashua paid out $80,000.00 after the Nashua LE posed as representatives from my office. I never issued any official report on that case whatsoever, even though a witness claims that the police fired at Mr. Paulhus before he drove off. I also ignored a Miranda violation in the Michael Addison case even after Judge McGuire found a violation.

In Liko Kenney's case Bruce McKay violated eight (8) pursuit and OC Spray policies before Liko Kenney shot him. As you can see by my investigation, I never issued any official report concerning the propriety of that traffic stop, either -- as you noted in your post this morning.

Wherefore, we would greatly appreciate it if you could stop in at our office to review the files and issue a full report for us, because we are too busy right now trying to make sure we kill two other alleged killers, a poor black man (Michael Addison) and a wealthy white man (John Brooks) for balance. Ebony and Ivory. I'm betting I can kill them both, in the style and fashion of AG Bloody Betty Montgomery from your home state. You worked for her in 1995.

My office and I don't really care about that Asian elder, Thung Phetakoune who was savagely beaten by a white man (Richard Labbe) and left for dead as he hollered racial epithets. So a plea bargain to manslaughter was just fine even though it was clearly a hate crime. I know it was a hate crime too, because Labbe told investigators "[Referring to the Vietnam War] What's going on is that those Asians killed Americans and you won't do anything about it so I will."

Lastly, we will have an answer for you on the missing 43 seconds of Grafton Dispatch audio from 5/11 at the top of the week.

Sincerely, Kelly Ayotte, Esq.
