KingCast warns deer-in-headlights AAG James W. Kennedy and Kelly Ayotte: I'll sue you for G. Michael Bahan information too.

I wrote you on 17 September and asked per RSA 91-A:

Dear Kelly, "Where is my old buddy G. Michael Bahan these days? You know, the guy who didn't care about the forgery and Wire Fraud when I reported it? Is he still employed by your office?

Please provide me documents, redacted if necessary, that would show his dates of his service."

.....You wrote me on 19 September and said you need "additional information" to respond to me. Let me tell you something my little friend: All of the "additional information" you need will be in an Amended Complaint to KingCast v. McLeod, 08-E-192 if I don't get a response to that request like, in a day or two.

Next, in the same context, I asked you in the same request, relative to State Representative Al Baldasaro, to provide "any and all emails and other documents regarding the allegations made by a duly-elected State Representative in April, 2008."

Yes, James, that refers to the email from State Rep. Balsadaro and I'm going to repeat it one more time:

"Attorney General,

I would like to re-enforce Gerard?s accusations toward the below mention people.

I have listened to some of Gerard?s tapes, viewed many of his documents and I believe that something is not right here and would request your office look into this situation ASAP.

There are conversations about murder, intimidation, arsonist, poisoning and potential of kidnapping from NH to NJ [KingCast notes that fired Jaffrey LE and Kelly?s buddy Martin J. Dunn was from NJ, no doubt a coincidence.]

I am not a lawyer but feel that if all is true and verified, your office needs to look into these allegations before someone gets hurt."

Are we clear now? Because if I don't have a substantive response to this query on my desk in the coming week, you've got yourself another element to deal with in Court, and you clearly don't like seeing me too much in Court. This time will be worse than the last for you, I can assure you of that. We've got Big Dirt on Kelly. If you want your political career buried with hers, stick around my friend. We can do that for you.
