KingCast and Annmarie Timmins present: The dating game part deux.... Concord police abuse and DNA Constitutional violations.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
In Dating Game one we asked if Concord Monitor's Annmarie Timmins was married to Jeffrey Strelzin or another NH AG.

Okay. All I will say is that I have it on Good Faith that Annmarie Timmins sat on a strong story of police abuse in Concord. She even had a copy of the victim's letter to the NH ACLU/NHCLU. I have RSA 91-A requested audio voice messaging from Kelly and any notes relative thereto because I know these items exist. And I know that there are strong witnesses to this event and the family is well within the Statute of Limitations. Another time bomb waiting to explode for Kelly, who also ignored Trooper Carey Carlberg and Gerard Beloin's well-grounded complaints.

Okay. From the same victim as para. one, supra. I will also say that others at the Concord Monitor have been ignoring the forced DNA deposit/searches. I'm talking about as recently as the 20 August 2008 letter from NHCLU's Barbara Keshen, Esq. to HHS personnel reminding them -- and by extension, Kelly Ayotte -- that Brentwood's Judge David LeFrancois had already ruled on the Unconstitionality of the State's position: The State cannot compel any and all juvenile offenders to provide DNA samples. That's creepy. Creepy Kelly. BTW Attorney Keshen and I are both former AAGs (Keshen was here in NH, even) who call it as it is. Sometimes you just gotta call a spade a spade, yah.

"The AG's office is like a no-fly zone for the newspapers," said this individual at the close of our interview. Seems he was right. But Kelly will have her date with destiny, just a matter of time.
