Im Prozess um einen möglicherweise rechtswidrigen Aufenthalt in psychiatrischen Krankenhäusern soll eine gesundheitlich schwer geschädigte Frau eine Abfindung in Höhe von 20.000 Euro erhalten. Einen entsprechenden Vergleich schlug das OLG Frankfurt am Dienstag vor.

Die 50-jährige Klägerin und der beklagte hessische Landeswohlfahrtsverband haben bis zum 25. November Zeit, den Vergleich anzunehmen oder abzulehnen. Bei einer Ablehnung will der 8. Zivilsenat des Gerichts an diesem Tag ein Urteil verkünden. (…)
