Hirnforscher Andreas Kreiter wehrt sich juristisch gegen den Beschluss der Stadt Bremen, seine Affenversuche künftig nicht mehr zu genehmigen. Einen “unzulässigen Eingriff in die grundrechtlich geschützte Wissenschaftsfreiheit” nannte die Uni Bremen am Donnerstag den Fall und erläuterte ihre juristischen Gegenmaßnahmen:

Kreiter will beim Verwaltungsgericht eine Einstweilige Anordnung beantragen, damit die Experimente bis zur Klärung fortgesetzt werden können. Notfalls will er bis zum Bundesverfassungsgericht gehen. (…)
