KingCast requests Judge Vaughn issue specific findings of fact and law in denying his Motion for Costs after Ayotte was ordered to provide McKay video

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
PETITIONER?S REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC FINDINGS OF FACT AND RULINGS OF LAW
REGARDING HIS DENIED MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
ON MOTION FOR ORDER OF COSTS

May it please the Court:

Pursuant to RSA 491:15 please provide specific findings of fact and law regarding the Motion, which was summarily denied in exactly one word: Denied. RSA 491:15 reads, in pertinent part:

491:15 Findings. ? The court or justice trying causes under RSA 491:13 and 491:14 shall, if either party requests it, give his decision in writing, stating the facts found and his rulings of law, which shall be filed and recorded.

Source. 1855, 1659:27. GS 189

The body of said Motion is repeated below:
Petitioner apologizes for failing to mention a key element of this matter: This Honorable Court did in fact ORDER Respondent Ayotte to provide access for KingCast to view the original Bruce McKay VHS dash cam, the results of which (sound files) are being analysed. That was part of the core of the case, and Respondent Ayotte would not have provided this material without the Court Order. Moreover, there are several items that the town Respondents provided only as a result of the litigation, including the dash cam of Bruce McKay OC Spraying Sarah, so costs should be awarded against Defendants.

Respectfully submitted/KingCast.net
