Obviously and contrary to his public statements, I helped edit "Try Gregory Floyd for Murder" as linked in the Kitty Kat post. Obviously Bill, an oh-so-intelligent and duly-licensed attorney researched 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) prior to opening his big fat mouth, take a look:

Floyd even said to the AG investigators after killing Liko, "I'm OK I've killed 43 people," yet when asked for any investigation as to whom he killed (he never went overseas or served in Vietnam combat despite his claims) the AG had nothing.

All good and I know you've seen the bullet hole addition. That's GOTTA be there. Thanks so much for being a part of this thing man, you've given a lot that has helped, including the initial call on 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) that the Fed AG is going to try to ignore :)

gotta put something in about "Caleb said Floyd had the gun pointed at them before we even got on the road, and he rained down the windshield bullet at that time -- which the AG never analysed but we have seen the pictures of the inward bullet hole." The AG did in fact analyse bullet holes in a barn and carport.

One key change: What Liko Kenney did appears wrong, but we know from Caleb Macaulay's contemporaneous statements that he was genuinely in fear of Bruce McKay, which most likely renders his act no more than manslaughter.

Now Bill can play a guitar; plays with BB King. But then so to can my law school friend, Trent Berry who used to play guitar with Robert Lockwood RIP, also excellent. We jammed out every Friday at Fat Fish Blue during law school. That's where this picture was taken at some point.
